Movin' on Up or Down or West or East

Well, guess who has to move again?

In the unending saga of "Laura's Moving Again," I am front and center yet again.  Ugh.  Our landlords have decided that they want to live in our house.  I have no idea why.  It's tiny and theirs is so big.  I have no idea what they will do with 2000sqft of stuff in a 678sqft of house.  But, alas, it is their prerogative not to renew our lease.  I kinda figured that would happen because they refused to give us long leases.  I also figured it because I have the shittiest house luck of all times!  Really, read the blog.  I think the first one is about me moving.  I think.  One of them is.  So, as per usual, I have to move.

Now to make moving even more fun this time around, we have to be out just a mere two weeks after we get back from our honeymoon.  Awesome. You know when the best time to move is?  It's when you have just spent several thousand dollars on your out-of-state wedding and week long honeymoon which is all nonrefundable!  And, of course, people have to eat, buy gas, and that sort of thing on their honeymoon.  So, there goes any savings we might have had.  Yes, as a huge wedding gift we get to figure out where a deposit, pet deposit, money for movers or a moving truck, electric deposit, and all the expense that goes along with moving are going to come from!  Hurray! Hurray!  Here's to enjoying the only time I have ever had an actual vacation on my life. Hurray!  You just can't imagine how happy we are about this.

Again, nothing against our landlords. It's their house.  It's just sucky timing.  Yay!

But, alas, we will get through it and live somewhere.  Our truck is small and can't hold two people and two dogs, so we must!

Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah

You ever see something that just takes your breath away?  A beautiful sunset; the Hope Diamond; this...

Ah, yes.  Beauty.  I have been staring at his rear for quite some time now.  I mean, it is so round.  Sort of bulbous, isn't it?  And his shoes goes so well with the outfit.  I feel this is probably some sort of team building exercises.  Now, we just have to figure out where he works.

So, life this week.  Life this week.  Life this week!  You know, life this week has been fairly boring.  I have had the song "Alone" by Heart in my head for two days now.  It has become mind numbing almost.  Luckily, I like the song.  Not really in a good song kind of a way-in that ironic, it sucks, but is funny in an 80's kind of way like.  So, there's that.

I ate at Kerby Lane this morning for breakfast after work.  I love Kerby Lane.  I've only been to the one on Guadalupe even though there are a number of others.  But, in all the 15 years I've been around this town, I have only eaten at that one.  But, I had a yummy breakfast with a lovely man.  He's good breakfast company.

I should probably have some sort of life before I decide to blog, shouldn't I?

Oh, I saw The Hangover: Part II.  It's so damn funny!  It's almost equally as funny as the first.  That's hard to top, especially now when we all know to expect the worst (or most awesome!)  I highly recommend it.  Like super a lot.  Super duper a lot!  I think if Jody was ever to run away with some crazy fat lady (that wasn't me), I would set my sites on Zack Galifianakis.  Well, him or Jason Momoa.  They are both up there on my list.

I got a bunch of free junk.  Magazines, shampoos, conditioners, heart burn medication, lotion.  I got a new magazine-Popular Mechanics.  I am very excited to read it!  Not really.  I am not very popular or mechanical.  But, you can never have too much bathroom/coffee table reading.  Actually, yes you can.  Ask my recycling bin. I am probably a horrible tree hugger for getting so many magazines.  But, I love it.  And they are free.  And, I don't know what strange list I am on, so I can't stop them anyway.

So, uneventful week. Brilliantly uneventful.  I wonder what snazzy things will fall into my lap this weekend?  Maybe some sort of adventure.  I doubt it.  But, one never knows.

Okay, off to bore others with my no life stories.  Only this time, I shall tell them in person!  Hurray!

Read This Blog for Some Excitment

Well, it seems I forgot to blog yesterday.  I totally meant to, but I didn't.  In fact, I kinda forgot about this whole dang thing.  Well, so much for me keeping up with it regularly because I am half a tard (I'm erasing the R word and going for something much more offensive). I guess, though, missing one day doesn't constitute not keeping it up regularly.  However, the year before that counts.  Well, I am here today!

So, not a damn thing has happened since last time.  I did watch Due Date starring the wondrously, hilarious Zack Galifianakis.  I have no idea if that is how you spell his name. I'm not checking either.  If it is, it is.  If it isn't, it isn't.  I doubt he will ever find out about this, so I don't think it matters.  It's a funny movie.  I saw it at the movies when it came out.  But, I rewatched it.  It has some touching moments that kinda fuck it up.  But, it is still funny.  Wow.  That was exciting reading.

What's else is new? Osama Bin Laden is dead.  That's new.  Um, what else?  Oh, Trav's little sister Toni got married. That's super exciting!  I have been Internet spying through facebook at pictures.  She looked gorgeous!  And they had a Rubik's Cube cake.  My dog ate a pair of flip flops of mine yesterday.  I owned them for about 21 hours.  I ate scrambled eggs for breakfast.  Wow.  I am exciting.  Enough to write a whole blog about!

I did get a free thing yesterday!  That was awesome.  I got my weekly copy of Entertainment Weekly.  I love free magazine subscriptions.  Especially good ones.  I also got 4 Wheel and Off Road.  However, I don't so much care about that one.  But, Entertainment Weekly is the best!  It's entertaining on a weekly basis.  I get lots of free subscriptions.  We have almost too many magazines to read every month.  But, that's okay.  I read them!  They might pile up a bit, but I do get to all of them.  Our bathroom is like the periodical section of the public library (yes they have all been flagged).

Okay, enough bored writing for the evening.  I will write even more boring stuff tomorrow night!  Hurray!
